PRICING FOR STAFF PORTRAITS
PREMIUM STAFF PORTRAIT SESSIONS
10-15 minute mini-sessions, 1-2 outfits each, each person can have a slightly different settings/vignettes to offer variety in deliverables.
Multiple shots and angles will be taken (variety in close-ups and zoomed out).
Each person can choose their favorite two images to be retouched. Will provide basic edits for all top images. (Additional retouches can be made for $55/image).

6-15 people - $95/person
16-50 people - $85/person
51+ people - $75/person
+ On-location travel & studio setup - $150/day

BRIEF STAFF HEADSHOT SESSIONS
5 minute mini-sessions, 1 outfit each, one setting/vignette for the entire group.
Multiple shots will be taken. Focus is on shoulders up only.
Each staff member can pick their one favorite to be retouched. Will provide basic edits for all top images. (Additional retouches can be made for $55/image).

31-50 people - $65/person
51-100 people - $55/person
101-200 people - $50/person
201-300+people - $45/person

DELIVERY: 1 Retouched photo per person*
- We confirm the right package for you or your company, confirm deposit and set a date,
time and location. (Recommended locations upon request.)
HOW IT WORKS
- Further details are finalized (Wardrobe, props, prep check list, HMU recommendations, etc.)
- I arrive early to unload/set-up/gain bearings and test lighting.
- Please have extra powder or make-up to freshen up at any point. Bring multiple outfits if you’d
like help choosing, I am here for you. (Hanging rack, mirror and fan may be provided.)
- Before I begin snapping, we will review our goals and ensure we are on same page.
- During the session, we will ensure we are capturing the desired look.
- The photos will be delivered within 5-10 business days depending on availability and requested
turnaround. Quick turn fees may apply for 24-48 hour turnaround requirements.
- Payment is due in full before the session begins.
- Additional images can be retouched for $55/each.
*Basic adjustments include contrast, white balance, saturation and exposure. Retouched includes skin/blemish corrections, hair fly-aways and special requests).
All costs do not reflect the required 8.75% sales tax required by the state of Texas.
Retainer/deposit of $400 required to confirm services and take next steps.
Add additional $150 set up fee for a studio backdrop and lighting for an indoor setting. My studio is available for studio shots, or I can set up in a 10x10' space inside an office building.
Additional $100 for a specific color backdrop paper. (If other than white, grey or black).
Additional Opportunity to Create Reels: $150 per reel
