For anyone who wants to capture the essence and hard work behind an event for future use in marketing/promotion purposes. The event could be a company’s new product release party, awards ceremony, brand activation, annual conference or anything of the like!

All pricing is subject to change depending on availability & requirements.

MINIMUM: 

WEEKDAY: $750 minimum booking for up to 2 hours

WEEKEND: $1100 minimum booking for up to 3 hours

Discounts apply for bulk hours and multiple days. Please inquire for custom rates based on event size, location and deliverables requested.

+ 8.75% sales tax

*To edit and return deliverables within 24-48 hours: please add $250 additional fee for 48 hours and $350 for 24 hours / Complimentary, as time allows, I will share a handful of selected images to share for immediate social media promotion (web quality only).

INCLUDES: Estimated 30-60+ professionally edited photos/hour per photographer booked (second and third shooters available at additional cost for maximum coverage at $95/person/hour). Discretion will be used to implement any necessary photoshop touches. If there are additional requests post-delivery, some charges may apply (at a rate of $55/image request).

HOW IT WORKS 

  • We chat about your event and what your needs are (size, deliverables, turnaround, grit/grins vs candids, flash vs no-flash, etc.) 
  • I send a standard Agreement and Invoice for Deposit to officially reserve the date
    (Deposit/Retainer of $500 required to reserve, remaining balance due prior to Event start)
  • I arrive early to get acclimated and test lighting and to meet the main coordinator for any last details or requests / payment is exchanged prior to the start of the event
  • I get snapping
  • Photos are delivered within 5-10 business days depending on availability and requested turnaround. Quick turn fees apply for 24-48 hour turnaround requirements.
